Bike Track Update

After the huge success of our School Fair we are moving closer to getting the final quote for our Bike Tracks!

The next step will be looking at securing the last of the funding we need through applying for grants.

We are getting close to finalising the design with BikeSchool. Our tamariki are meeting with owner Scarlett Hagan in a few weeks to share their latest design which means we can get our final drawings completed and our final quote/costs for our bike tracks. 

Our bike track will be multipurpose and will incorporate both fitness and skills, so our latest idea is to have a fitness type track that will go around the outside of the field (without impacting too much on the field) that can be used for biking, scooting or running, as well as a small skills pump track (like Karitane School's one in the photo).

We are very excited about this process and we hope to start work on this later in the year.
